1. Engagement & Services
Sync Systems provides local digital marketing services including website design, Google Business Profile management, review automation software configuration, and local search engine optimization.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All standard monthly services are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days of active service, notify us in writing and we will refund your initial monthly service fee.
3. Ownership of Business Assets
You retain 100% ownership of your business name, domain registration, Google Business Profile, customer contact records, and customer reviews. Sync Systems receives standard administrative access solely to perform optimization and management tasks.
4. Delivery Targets
Website draft delivery targets (7 business days) and revision targets (48 business hours) are estimates contingent on timely receipt of necessary business information, questionnaires, credentials, and feedback.
